Leandro Echevarr\u00eda como Ciudadano Distinguido del Distrito de Tornquist.<\/p>\n<p>El Ing. Echevarr\u00eda ha obtenido el t\u00edtulo de Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones del Instituto Balseiro (dependiente de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Energ\u00eda At\u00f3mica y la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo) en el a\u00f1o 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho Instituto es considerado una de las casas de estudios m\u00e1s reconocidas del mundo y la primera de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Ordenanza N\u00b0 3419\/21 que crea el Sistema de Distinciones que otorga el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Tornquist a los ciudadanos del Distrito, y;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Que el Art\u00edculo 2\u00b0 de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 3419\/21 establece que podr\u00e1 reconocerse como Ciudadano Distinguido del Distrito de Tornquist a <em>\u201c\u2026 todas aquellas personas que por su trayectoria o desempe\u00f1o en un \u00e1mbito determinado se destaquen en beneficio de la comunidad\u201d;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Que el Ciudadano Leandro Echevarr\u00eda, ha obtenido el t\u00edtulo de Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones del Instituto Balseiro (dependiente de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Energ\u00eda At\u00f3mica y la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo) en el a\u00f1o 2016;<\/p>\n<p>Que dicho Instituto es considerado una de las casas de estudios m\u00e1s reconocidas del mundo y la primera de Latinoam\u00e9rica;<\/p>\n<p>Que se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como Ingeniero de Dise\u00f1o Digital en la firma Emtech de 2017 a 2019;<\/p>\n<p>Que el mencionado desarroll\u00f3 e implement\u00f3 arquitecturas digitales para sistemas de radar basados en radios definidas por software. Asimismo fue docente adscripto del Instituto Balseiro en 2017 y 2018 en las materias de Dise\u00f1o Digital y Sistemas Digitales para Telecomunicaciones;<\/p>\n<p>Que\u00a0 como Ingeniero de Dise\u00f1o Digital trabaj\u00f3\u00a0 en Inphi\/Marvell de 2020 a 2021, desarrollando y verificando subsistemas digitales para circuitos integrados de alta capacidad para comunicaciones \u00f3pticas coherentes;<\/p>\n<p>Que desde el a\u00f1o 2021 a la actualidad se desempe\u00f1a como Ingeniero de Sistemas Digitales en Stratum Labs, donde junto a su equipo dise\u00f1aron, implementaron, prototiparon y verificaron arquitecturas digitales para sistemas de radar y control de tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n;<\/p>\n<p>Que es de vital importancia para el crecimiento comunitario, el reconocimiento p\u00fablico de Ciudadanos;<\/p>\n<p>Que es importante reconocer las carreras acad\u00e9micas y profesionales de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas;<\/p>\n<p>Que el mencionado no se enmarca en las prohibiciones del Art\u00edculo 4\u00b0 de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 3419\/21;<\/p>\n<p>Que el Honorable Concejo Deliberante se encuentra facultado para distinguir a los ciudadanos y ciudadanas del Distrito de Tornquist;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>POR ELLO:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>En uso de sus facultades, sanciona con fuerza de<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>RESOLUCION N\u00ba 67\/22<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> Declarar al Ingeniero Leandro Echevarr\u00eda como \u201c<strong>Ciudadano Distinguido del Distrito de Tornquist\u201d. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> Invitar al mencionado a una Sesi\u00f3n donde se le har\u00e1 entrega de un presente alusivo al reconocimiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 3\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> Autorizar a la Presidencia del Honorable Concejo Deliberante a efectuar los gastos correspondientes para dar cumplimiento a la presente Resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 4\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> Inscribir en el\u00a0\u201c<strong>REGISTRO DE LA MEMORIA\u201d<\/strong> en los t\u00e9rminos de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 3419\/21.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 5\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> Comun\u00edquese, Publ\u00edquese, Reg\u00edstrese y Cumplido: ARCH\u00cdVESE.-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>APROBADO POR UNANIMIDAD, EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL H.C.D.
